Non-STC Rated Door (Includes Free Installation within Metro Manila)

We custom-made Non-STC Rated Doors to reduce Noise Transmission.

Non-STC Rated Door is made up of the following:

1) Plywood or Steel Plate
2) Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) 
3) High Mineral Wool Board
4) Rubber Door Seals (Sides)
5) Heavy Duty Door Bottom Seal
6) Hydraulic Automatic Door Closer-optional
7) Duco Painted
8) Handle/Door Knob

(You can utilize your existing door jamb for Wood Door)
-Steel Door Jamb is included in the package if you choose steel as your option.
-Installation does not include dismantling of your existing door and door jamb

Important Note

This is a NON-STC Rated Door. Sound Transmission Class (or STC) is an integer rating of how well a building partition attenuates airborne sound. In the USA, it is widely used to rate interior partitions, ceilings/floors, doors, windows, and exterior wall configurations (see ASTM International Classification E413 and E90).

THE DOOR WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 23-30 KILOS IN WEIGHT DUE TO THE HIGH-DENSITY MATERIALS IN ITS INTERNAL LAYERS.

FINAL FINISH AND COLOR IS SUBJECT to your Approval.

THIS IS FOR NOISE REDUCTION AND CAN ONLY REDUCE UP TO 20dB. IF YOU NEED STC RATED DOOR, PLEASE REFER TO STC RATED DOOR OPTION.

Lead/Order Time: Seven (7) days excluding Sundays and Holidays.
